Such as other surgeries, this procedure remains scar and incisions. Plastic surgeon tries to create incisions with less visibility. Incisions are created 3 mm under the chin.

Chin and neck liposuction recovery

Patients should:

Do activities such as watching TV, or reading a book and rest at home.
Use some pillows to elevate head, and help to reduce swelling.
Use prescribed drugs to reduce pain.
Use bandages to reduce swelling.
Avoid to do heavy activities 3 weeks after surgery.

Patients return to their work 2- 5 days after surgery.
