Some post op cares of rhinoplasty are as:

Apply ice pack to reduce swelling and bruising. Put this pack on your nose and around the eyes. If you have headache, don’t apply cold pack.
Avoid sniff. Change the dressing with a sterile dressing, if necessary.
Clean your nose with a Kleenex, and wash the nose with serum during first 2 weeks.
Rest at home first day of surgery. Keep your head up, or use some pillows while sleeping. This helps to reduce swelling.
If you feel pain and pressure on your nasal bone, loosen the nasal splint. This splint usually removed 1 week after surgery in your surgeon’s office.
Avoid too laughing or crying as possible as.
You can take a bath, 24 hours after surgery, nasal splint should not get wet.
Clean your face with a wet cotton, otherwise the nasal splint will be wet.
